Regarding the food catering, I am currently on a strict low FODMAP-diet (except lactose is allowed) due to food intolerances (IBS-irritable bowel syndrome). It is quite a complex diet with a booklet on what to eat and what not. However, the basics and most common triggers are no wheat (similar to no gluten), no onion, no garlic, and no fructose. I know it is difficult to accommodate, therefore I will bring some gluten-free crackers to make lunch easier. I am willing to discuss it more in detail if that would make things easier (e.g. specific options, menu changes,..). The safest dinner option would be a non-marinated piece of meat (e.g. chicken, steak,..) without seasoning (salt and pepper are allowed) and potatoes, or fries, or rice.
