Dear conference organizers, Unfortunately, I won’t be able to arrange my travels to be in Copenhagen during the conference days (not because of Denmark, but issues with other countries involved in the travel itinerary planning). I understand that the policy is to refund only 50% of the registration fee at this time. However, I was wondering if, given the ongoing unusual circumstances, you may be willing to count the full registration amount I have paid towards DRUID22 instead? Dear Yakov I am sorry to hear that you will not be able to join the conference. As far as I can see, you were planning to participate without a paper? Please confirm. Unfortunately, the budgets and accounts for each DRUID event are completely seperate, so it is impossible for us to transfer a registration from one year's conference to the next. Furthermore, the reason we cannot refund the full amount for cancellations recieved after September 15 is that at this late stage, we have incurred costs towards your participation to the conference that we are not able to recapture in full. We will refund 50%, as stated in the Call for Papers and on the conference webpage, of your registration fee to the credit card used for the payment. Please notice that Stripe takes a week or so to process this transaction. I hope to see you at a future DRUID event!
