Dear Mark, I have another question for you. You told me by email that my presentation is scheduled for the 20th of October and asked to schedule travel arrangements in order to avoid missing any session in that day. However, I cannot find a solution to get back home the 20th if I remain till the end of the day, and I cannot prolong my stay. Hence, I should leave right after lunch on the 20th, skipping the last parallel session. Would it be a problem? I am sorry about that, but there are not that many flights to get back, hence viable options are pretty constrained. I am waiting for some response from you before booking flights and hotels.
