(Apologies for cross-posting!) Dear colleague, MaCCI will host the CLEEN conference this year at ZEW Mannheim on 25 and 26 May 2023. CLEEN is the Competition Law and Economics European Network. It has provided an interdisciplinary platform for researchers in the field of law and economics since its first research workshop in Bonn in 2007. CLEEN organizes an annual conference for Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers from economics and law to present their work on competition law, economics, and policy and receive feedback from senior faculty members. Bernhard Ganglmair, Helena Perrone, and Francisco Poggi are the local organizers for the 2023 CLEEN Conference. We are happy to welcome Tomaso Duso (TU Berlin, DIW Berlin, and German Monopolies Commission) and Michal Gal (University of Haifa, Faculty of Law) as keynote speakers. If you are a doctoral student or postdoctoral researcher and have a paper related to competition law and economics, please consider submitting it. All submissions must be in PDF format and include the following information: - a PDF file of your paper (full papers, early drafts are welcome!) - an abstract of up to 200 words - the author’s full name and affiliation (including contact details). Hotel accommodation for presenters and discussants for up to 2 nights are covered by the organisers. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant and will not be reimbursed.
