Possible problem with registration fee
Dear sir/madam, I am writing to highlight a possible glitch in your payment platform. I have tried three times to register using two different cards (one in gbp, one in eur), but I was not able to finalise the payment in any way. I will try again in a few hours and, in case that did not work, also tomorrow. Andrea Mina and Martina Iori have managed to register, so there should be no problems with the processing of the paper. My best wishes, -- Raffaele Danna Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Economics, Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies PhD in History, University of Cambridge, Pembroke College
Dear Sir/Madam, I have tried again to make my payment for the registration, and once again both my cards did not work. To make the payment with my gbp card (Barclays), I should receive a verification code on my phone, but that sms does not arrive. When I try with my card in eur (ING), your platform says that there are no sufficient funds on the card to make the payment, which is (thankfully) not true. If I try to pay with Google pay, I receive the following error: OR-IBIDL-01. I have tried all the available options, but it is currently impossible for me to make the payment. What would you suggest me to do?
