Poster presentation implies that you will be given the opportunity to present your paper during the conference's two poster sessions and that your paper will be included in the conference proceedings on the conference website and it will be indistinguishable from conference papers invited or accepted for oral presentation in a parallel session. More info about the poster session format is provided under "Program" on the conference webpage's top blue banner. If you wish to join the poster sessions, return this email to us before May 20, and in the subject field of the mail, please write "Poster Session". If cancellations create openings within your field and if you have registered for the conference, your paper might be invited to enter the conference program for oral presentation in a parallel paper session instead at a later stage.
