Dear Madam/Sir, PhD student Filip Lestan (Nord University<https://www.nord.no/en/Pages/default.aspx>) has uploaded the attached full-text to CRIStin<https://www.cristin.no/english/> (Current Research Information System in Norway) because he wants to make it openly available in Nord University's institutional Open Access repository<https://nordopen.nord.no/nord-xmlui/?locale-attribute=en>.
