I just got notified by our secretary that the money from the refund (I had by mistake 2 attendances for the after party, but it was change on time) hasn't transferred back to our accounts. The receipt documents that there should have been a payback. When can we expect to receive the refund or should I do something for it? Our secretary, Jane, is added as cc.
