Dear Admin: Is it possible to participate in the PhD course in USD on 13th-15th January 2020 even if I do not present a paper in the conference (although I am interested to be an audience in the conference presentations)? Based on the call of submission leaflet, the PhD course is at EUR 500 and the conference is at EUR 300.
