Hi, My university’s risk assessment committee advised against travelling this time because I have my doctoral defense a week after the conference. While I understand that if I cancel the registration after 15 September, I will only get back 50% of the registration fee. However, could you please consider this as a special case? Normally this will not happen. Just this exceptional time we have this new risk assessment policy in place. For your consideration please. While I cannot go, my co-author still can participate and present on my behalf because she will not have a defense a week after DRUID21. Thank you.
