Permission to archive in institutional repository Riunet
RiuNet New Technologies Library and Cientific Documentation Universitat Politècnica de València (Polytechnic University of Valencia) Cami de Vera s/n Valencia Proceedings of DRUID Conference Dear editor, I am writing to you to request permission to deposit in Riunet an electronic version of conference proceedings of the several editions of DRUID Conference authored by scientific staff member in the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). The institutional repository RiuNet (http://riunet.upv.es/) is for educational and research purposes. This is a non-exclusive and single use permission for these purposes only. RiuNet is a not-for-profit digital repository for scholarly and scientific works created by staff at the UPV. It helps organize, make their research available to a wider audience and assure their long term preservation. The record of each published work deposited in RiuNet includes a copyright notice, the complete citation of the published version, along with its URL of and DOI number, if any. If possible, we would prefer to archive the final PDF version, as it maintains a closer association of the work with the official publication. For more information about the repository or its policies, please contact Francisco Martínez Galindo, coordinator of Riunet, by email at framarg2@bib.upv.es <mailto:framarg2@bib.upv.es> Besides, we would like to know which is your policy on self-archiving in open access of each form of the paper (pre-print, post-print and final version) since we have not found any information on the basis of Sherpa / Romeo and on their website and it would be useful for the future in case our researchers published with you. Thank you for your attention with this and I look forward to hearing from you back.
