The War in Europe (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine) - Global Economic Implications
Dear Colleague, As you may know, ATINER is a world association of academics and researchers based in Athens. We have thousands of members and friends from 150 different countries (including from Russia and Ukraine). Our mission is to bring academics together. This requires world peace and democracy (part of which is isegoria-freedom of speech). The current war in Europe threatens both these values. We want to discuss it and as part of the forthcoming 17th Annual International Symposium on Economic Theory, Policy and Applications, 27-30 June 2022, Athens, Greece, which is sponsored by the Athens Journal of Business & Economics. We would like to invite you to contribute by sharing your thoughts either with a small commentary or even an academic paper, emphasizing the global economic implications of the Ukrainian War. Online (remote) presentations are also welcome. If you are interested, we can send you more information. ATINER’s president has produced three articles (two in English one in Greek) on this issue. You are more than welcome to comment on them. They are available here: - http://r.call.atiner-conferences.com/mk/cl/f/ewYeMktrjxJOi3ii3FOWl6EYJ5S_3Qm... - http://r.call.atiner-conferences.com/mk/cl/f/05kAJAmKrlY8Orh530gbhhudtr8JGGK... - http://r.call.atiner-conferences.com/mk/cl/f/wDq9jbD1HSkzbUrfNwCgZNKapX00wn6...
