Jeanette I wanted to update you on the Association Leaders Symposium that we are holding in December, after its success last year. AAE is very proud to be delivering this key leadership development opportunity that brings together Executive Directors and Presidents/Chairs, specifically to improve working together and define priorities. The Symposium takes place on 5 & 6 December online. The online format has been very well received by delegates and also with many Presidents/Chairs delighted to be able to fit the event around their schedule without having to travel. Our research showed that the majority of Executive Heads felt the association would benefit from improving the working methods between the executive and volunteer heads. Speeding this up would mean a more successful period with the President / Chair in office, and greater efficiency for delivering value to members.
