Dear Sir or Madam, Dear colleague, We would like to draw your attention to the following event: 11th Mannheim Conference on Energy and the Environment on 8-9 May 2023 organized by ZEW Mannheim, Germany. We are happy to welcome - Lint Barrage (ETH Zurich, CH) - Robert Metcalfe (University of Southern California, US) - Wolfram Schlenker (Columbia University, US) - Shuang Zhang (Imperial College London, UK) to deliver their keynote speeches. Leading experts as well as researchers at all career levels are invited to present and discuss innovative current research in the fields of energy, climate and environmental economics. Contributions with different methodological backgrounds (theoretical, empirical, and behavioural research) are welcome. Topics may include, but are not limited to: - Environmental economics - Energy economics - Climate economics - Public economics The conference will take place on site in Mannheim. Interested researchers are invited to submit preferably an academic paper, or an extended abstract of at least three pages.
