Dear Mark, Hope this email finds you well and many thanks for your reminder. I have raised a request for the conference registration through our department. But I was told that unfortunately our finance team wouldn’t be able to process the payment by the end of today. I was wondering would it be possible for them to make the payment when they are back next week? If not, then I will pay it myself first. Many thanks for your clarification. Dear Xiochan, the payment deadline is set to allow us to assemble the conference program. This process commences Monday and we will not be able to schedule unregistered papers. So you will need to have registered and paid before Monday.
