Dear Jeanette, Hope all is going well. I am writing to inquire regarding the timing of the Academy dinner for this year's PhD conference in January 2022. As part of the conference plan, I can see that we are also paying for a dinner which I am not quite sure when and where that is planned for. Per my understanding, the conference is set to finish at 2PM on Jan 14th, am I correct? If so, the dinner is on the previous nights, or will that be at the evening on 14th? I am asking this since I am planning my flight and accommodation, and knowing this would be really helpful. On a separate note, I also wanted to consult with you regarding the Visa for entering Denmark. I have a valid Schengen Visa Type C (valid until April 2022). I am also fully vaccinated. I guess I can enter Denmark under these conditions without issues, given the current entry rules. Am I correct? For what it's worth, I will be coming through a flight from London to Amsterdam and then to Aalborg. Thanks for your support!
