On 21 February 2023 INSME participated in the seminar “The growth of the innovation ecosystem in Europe and Italy: historical perspectives and future developments” that took place in Rome, Italy. High-growth technology business forums 2023 – EPO and LESI (https://www.insme.org/high-growth-technology-business-forums-2023-epo-and-le...) The European Patent Office (EPO) and the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) are organising a new series of High-growth technology business forums (HTB Forums) in March, June and November 2023. AECM Event in Athens – June 2023 AECM set the date of its annual event on “The regulatory framework of SMEs: how close are we to the red line of red tape?” that will take place on 15-17 June 2023 in Athens, Greece. ANIMA and Expertise France are launching a new version of the Hub MEET Africa, the hybrid guidance and information platform for entrepreneurs in the African diaspora. It proposed a digital device that connects diaspora entrepreneurs with support offers according to their needs. ISBE report on innovation for a circular economy (https://www.insme.org/isbe-report-on-innovation-for-a-circular-economy/) ISBE has released its latest report: “Future of Innovation Thought Leadership Project: Innovation for a Circular Economy” which focuses on innovation for a circular economy system in the UK which might be redefined within the SME innovation ecosystem. The economic crisis caused by the pandemic has led to supply chain problems and strong inflationary pressure, demonstrating the fragility of traditional economic sectors, especially in the manufacturing industry. This turbulent environment urges companies, especially SMEs, to adapt and transform themselves permanently, so they can enhance their competitive advantage in the future. The deadline to register for the call is 14 March 2023. SecurIT aims to increase the security of current applications, services and infrastructures by integrating state-of-the-art security solutions or processes, supporting the creation of lead markets & market incentives in Europe, following an end-user-driven approach. Deadline: 14 March 2023 ** AMULET Second Open Call (https://clustercollaboration.eu/open-calls/amulet-second-open-call) On 10 January 2023, the H2020-INNOSUP-1 project AMULET published its second and last call for cascade funding for SMEs, with a budget of 1.193 M euros. Deadline: 22 March 2023 ** GreenOffshoreTech had opened its second open call (https://clustercollaboration.eu/content/greenoffshoretech-has-opened-its-sec...) The INNOSUP-01 project GreenOffshoreTech has opened its second open call for FSTP on 10 January. The deadline to apply is 23 March. The available budget is 1 560 000 EUR. Applicants must be SMEs, technology providers or technology adopters/users, established and based in one of the GreenOffshoreTech countries (Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Iceland, and Scotland) or be a member of one of the GreenOffshoreTech clusters (full list available in the call text).
