My original plan was to come to Copenhagen on Monday morning. To my absolute shock, the agency has said that apparently the next available flight out of Milan is only on Tuesday evening. To make matters worse, apparently, my return Lufthansa flight has also been cancelled. Unfortunately, I absolutely have to be here in Milano by Wednesday evening because of official institutional commitments that I have at Bocconi. I deeply regret my inability to attend DRUID under the circumstances. Getting the best paper nomination at DRUID is a dream come true for me and I am greatly disappointed at the fact that I am unable to be there and present my work. I sincerely apologise for this absolutely unacceptably late notification of absence. I am indeed very very very sorry. I was very much looking forward to be there after the wonderful experience I had at DRUID last year. I am not sure if it is possible to present online.
