I hope you are doing well.

There has a been a slight development in the organisation of our PDW. Olenka had to cancel her attendance due to a family emergency. However, Marc Gruber agreed to give an editorial perspective instead of Olenka.

While I understand that it might be too late to make adjustments to the printed program, I was wondering if it would be possible to make a change to the online program, replacing Olenka Kacperczyk with Marc Gruber in our PDW (ofc if it is possible to do that in the printed program as well, if not printed yet, that would be great).

Dear Thorsten and Mehdi

 

Many thanks for your submission of a proposal for a PDW for DRUID24. I am happy to be able to inform you that your proposal has been approved.

 

The PDWs are scheduled for Thursday, June 13, 9:00-12:00. Please show up before 9:00 at the conference information counter (see venue details on the conference home page) to register and be assigned to a room for the PDW. The room contains all the usual A/V equipment, and DRUID will provide coffee and refreshments. If you want us to provide further catering (such as lunch) at a cost, please let us know ASAP, and we will help with the arrangements.

 

Before May 15, please send us an updated short description of the PDW of no more than half a page for the print and online conference program. Please consult format examples from earlier years’ DRUID conference programs:
