With Katharina Hölzle, I submitted a paper titled “Promotors in the digital age: exploring the role and activities of informal roles in incumbents' digital transformation ” to last year’s druid conference (2021). I am very grateful that we could share our approach and discuss our findings with the distinguished audience.

The paper is publically available. I’d like to request the removal from the public repository as we prepare the developed papers’ journal submission. We expect that having the document stored at a public repository would substantially lower its chance of acceptance: the anonymity of the authors would be thwarted with little inquiry, and reasonable suspicion of plagiarism seems likely. 

Unfortunately, deleting the document from the personal section of your website is no longer possible (see screenshot attached).
