The five-day programme includes lots of valuable innovation case studies and advice from association leaders and directors, and while some of these came about due to Covid19 effects, except for one interesting keynote (from an immunology society) you will not hear talks about 'how we went online quickly' or 'converted our events to Zoom' etc.  Those immediate challenges are behind us, and the programme addresses how you can improve your organisations and its services for the future including in a more-online era.

The speaker line-up includes the highest level of association executives ever at this congress. We have also arranged new sessions after the Talks (& Q&A), where you can discuss in-depth how you could apply the ideas you have heard from the speakers, to your association. These sessions will add a layer of deeper knowledge to the information of the talk and Q&A.

We have another 10 speakers to confirm for the main streams (mostly in the marcoms and video/podcasting streams), and we will announce these next week, and the following weeks announce those for the Showcases and Expert Briefings.

What will the Online Experience be like?

Here are some of the things you will experience:

• One of the best online conference platforms will provide a friendly and easy-to-use experience
• You can create your own agenda by booking your Sessions, Showcases and Briefings in the 10 days prior to the congress
• Your personal Home page with recommendations and a live event timeline you can post to:
  • Recommendations for Sessions to attend
  • Suggestions of other Delegates to network with
  • New, Better or Different services will be recommended from Suppliers matching your interests and role
• Discussion Forums online where you can pose any issues you have, for input from speakers, consultants and other delegates
• 1:1 chat or video calls with all attendees
• Save sessions, people and suppliers to your Briefcase

Will you visit the Expo?

We have had a lot of demand from association executives for information on what's New, substantially Better or Different from suppliers. So we have made it a condition of supplier participation that they have offerings as such. Each profile in the Expo will clearly lay this out. 

We are confident these will be useful and so you will be asked in the system which services are of interest to you, and it will make recommendations of matches based on your interests as well as theirs. 

You will also have the opportunity to attend Showcase presentations of their offerings live or on-demand afterwards.
