let me first apologize for not having responded to your email and thank you for your assistance during the conference.

My answers are not important anymore, but nevertheless, yes, Shreyas was the only one who could make it to Lisbon this time, and only he registered. Andre was on the co-authors' list from the very beginning. Thanks for adding his name to the award certificate.

Our institutions would like to spread the word about the award, and I tried to find a public mention of it (on the druid website, twitter, facebook, mastodon), but I didn't find any. Is there any public announcement of the award winners that I can share with our communications folks?

Normally, speakers leave 10 minutes for questions, but that is totally up to you. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to allow for remote/online presentations. We have 340 papers presented at the conference, so I trust you understand.

Regarding the PDF program I am afraid that it cannot be edited -- it has been printed. It is very unfortunate that the last name was missing rom your paper -- perhaps our system had a problem handing the amount of co-authors. Or was Andre added after the initial submission?

We only have Shreyas on our files as registered for the conference. Correct?

I hope that this email finds you well. This is Ljubica writing, one of the co-authors of the nominated paper.

Can you please let us know how much time is allocated for each presenter and Q&A? We are now realizing that we probably have at least 40 min for the presentation, and we were preparing for a shorter one. This paper is quite complex, and for a longer presentation, it may be better if a second co-author joins the presentation. At this point I would just like to inquire about the possibility of a second co-author joining in remotely (e.g., over zoom) on Monday, for the presentation and the Q&A. Would that be possible? Once we know whether this is possible in the first place, we'll decide on whether to take that option.

A second note is that Andre Assumpcao (in CC) is missing from the list of co-authors in the pdf of the final program. Can he be please added?
