Based on the information reported in the email the presentation is scheduled on June 12. However, due to pre-existent institutional commitments I will have to be back in Milan on the that same day. I checked the flight arrangements and to be in Milan on time I will have to leave the conference around lunchtime and therefore skip the last parallel session of the conference scheduled on the 12th afternoon.
