Thank you Mark for the intimation. Wishing you great success with DRUID22! Best, Mayank On Mon, Jun 13, 2022 at 8:53 PM Mark Lorenzen <ml.si@cbs.dk> wrote:
Dear Mayank
I am sorry to hear about your visa issue -- no need to apologise, since this is out of your hands and I appreciate your frustration.
Unfortunately, DRUID cannot accomodate remote presentations. It would pose technical challenges, but more importantly, it would not faciliate the quality and level of engagement we like the conferences to have. Hence, regrettably, we will remove your paper from the the parallel paper session.
I hope to see you for a future DRUID event.
With kind regards

Dear Emanuele (Chair, session SP103) and DRUID22 Team,
I would like to request the chair, to allow me to participate *online* in our session, SP103 (Parallel Paper Sessions 25 - 67 Labor and talent: Inventor mobility, June 15, 15:00-16:30, local time).
I am *unable* to travel to Copenhagen because of visa constraints (I had applied for a conference visa on the 18th of May, but have not been granted one till today).
I would like to apologise for my physical absence. However, I am willing to participate virtually, if it can be allowed. Once you grant me the permission, I will drop an intimation email to other participants of our session.
Looking forward to hearing from you and the DRUID22 office.
Best regards, Prof. Mayank Varshney Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA)
