Få mere at vide om, hvorfor dette er vigtigt<https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification> Dear Mark, I hope this email finds you well. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend DRUID 2023 in Lisbon as my mother has been in hospital for the last 3 weeks and is extremely ill. We hope to get her home over coming days to care for her but I will need to (and indeed really wish to) remain close to her and therefore will not be in a position to travel. Given that I am at the hospital every day, this is the first chance I have had to email you with a view to cancelling. As you will see from the attached receipt, I had registered back in April (pls see attached receipt).
From my reading of the website (and please excuse me if I missed something obvious) the website and profile page provide no indication as to how to cancel ones registration. I checked this, but I do not see how this may be done. The only area where cancellations are mentioned is under terms and conditions.
I am hoping that under the circumstances that you can provide me with a refund please? Please note one of my co-authors (Mauricio Perez-Alaniz) will be in attendance to present our paper. Best wishes and again apologies I look forward to hearing from you in terms of what’s possible vis-à-vis my request for a refund under the circumstances Thank you in advance Helena Prof Helena Lenihan Professor of Economics Kemmy Business School University of Limerick Chair UL Research Impact Committee University of Limerick T +353 (0) 61 202079 E helena.lenihan@ul.ie<mailto:helena.lenihan@ul.ie> Selection of Recent Publications: Lenihan, H., Mulligan, K., Doran, J.
