1. Due to the thick thickness of the raw material, it is not convenient to feed the material. 

The equipment is equipped with a hydraulic decoiler. In order to prevent the raw materials from opening and hurt people,

 there is a hydraulic pressure arm above the support arm and a support arm below it. 

In order to reduce the number of operators, the decoiler is equipped with a remote control, 

and only a single person can complete the operation of the equipment.

2. In order to reduce labor, our equipment adopts the principle of one-time molding.

 Due to the need to punch after the molding, a lot of waste will be generated. 

If it is not cleaned up in time, the operation of the equipment will be affected for a long time.

 In order to solve this problem, we preliminarily prepare the waste port when welding the foundation of the machine, 

and when the machine punches the hole, the waste will be discharged to the outside of the machine along with the waste port.

 In order to keep the machine clean and tidy, the machine is equipped with a special waste collection device, 

which fundamentally solves the problem of needing to stop the machine to clean up the waste.
