I'd be interested to know how other associations are managing childcare for delegates at their events. Particularly for multi-day conferences/exhibitions and events where the location changes on a frequent basis. How do you manage the various risks (safety, legal, reputation)? What type of relationship do you establish between your care providers and the delegates? Do you charge or offer this service for free? Looking forward to any insights. (discuss here)
