I fully understand, even if it is too bad to miss your attendence this year. We will remove your paper from the program
and the website.
Unfortunately, cancellations recieved after September 15 and before October are only eglible for a 50% refund of the
conference registration fee, as stated in the Call for Papers and on the conference webpage. I trust you understand that at this late stage, we have incurred costs towards your participation to the conference that we are not able to recapture in full.
We hope to see you at a future DRUID conference!

Hi DRUID
Unfortunately, I am writing to cancel my registration for the forthcoming conference. Frustratingly, my school is making it difficult for scholars to travel to conferences outside of Canada and to recover the costs. I am sorry to be letting the conference team down and to be missing a trip to wonderful Copenhagen, the fantastic conference and the Decadence. I have little doubt that the conference will be great this year as colleagues get together after a tough 18 months. Hopefully, I am able to get a paper accepted next year, when wild horses won’t keep me away!
