Dear Mark, thanks for your reply. The good point is that my co-author registered on time, and our paper is included in the conference program. I just want to participate in the conference! No dinner and other activities, as they are full!

Apologies for the delay in answering. The deadline for registering for paper presentations was May 5. Since the conference program has now been scheduled, we cannot accomodate
more presentations.
Unfortunately, at this stage, the conference facilities are also at capacity,
which is why we have closed for further registrations.
