About us : We are Chinese garments factory named Heguan Apparel ,established in 2005, located in Nantong

city, Jiangpu province,  only 1 hour high speed train from Shanghai, my name is Winner lee, in charge of sales.

Women's apparel, Jeans, down jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, shirts, workwear, sportswear, jackets, cargo pants, etc and we also

supply accessories, such as hats, beanies, caps, scarvs,etc. we also supply all types of fabrics, such as wool or wool blend fabric

When speaking of quality, we are more confident, I have 2 QC person specially taking charge of quality control, they visits
factories often wathching the production to make sure all products are manufactured correctly upon your requirements.
they stay there every day while production is ongoing. they always sends us pictures from workshop to confirm the details
with me to avoid any mistakes.

customers , so I'd rather give my clients more understanding than arguing. It doesn't do any good to our cooperation, I know

this pretty well.

5, Responsible and reliable-I am a responsible businessman, I won't play games when quality issues crop up. The party who
made mistakes must be responsible for it.

6, Good after sale service- We are responsible for quality issues, I think the real sale starts after sale. Even order was delivered
to your warehouse, the sale is not over yet. We won't escape for quality issues if it were our things.

7, We not only produce the garments also can help source fabrics, solve the issues occurred in production, even develop new
styles with you together.

8 Fast response- Most of the time, all your emails can be replied in hours. When production commences, we will give updates
about production status in a proactive way without being asked. You will understand this soon after a few times communication
with me.
