[Druid] Issue with online submission system

Hi, I am having trouble submitting my paper. The first drop-down box seems to have an issue (the one where you pick the topic), and without picking topics, you cannot submit the paper/form. I tried on chrome and edge. Any suggestions? Best, Michael Impink
