Dear Druid, 

I am writing to inquire about my and my colleague, Araks in CC, with the refund of 100 Euro for the extra guest for dinner for Druid23. 

We both paid these fees by accident and we were contacted about that mistake and were promised the refund. 

We, I and Araks, used the same mastercard, mine, to pay for the conference fees. However, I received only one payment of 100 euro, which is not specified if it is for me or for Araks. 

We contacted Jeanette Hvarregaard about the situation and she told us that the payments were issued for both of us but until this moment we have not received the second installment.

We would be grateful if you can help with this matter.
