We are currently clearing permissions for the upcoming two-volume set, Intellectual Property and Economic Development, edited by Carlos M. Correa, Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies on Industrial Property and Economics at the Law Faculty, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Special Advisor on Intellectual Property and Trade of the South Centre, Geneva, Switzerland, which is part of the above series.

In this title the editor proposes to include the following material, for which we would like to receive non-exclusive English language world rights for facsimile reproduction:

Rufus Pollock (2006), ‘Cumulative Innovation, Sampling and the Hold-Up Problem’, Danish Research Unit for Industrial Dynamics (DRUID) Working Paper No. 06-29, 1–25

The author has kindly granted us his permission to reprint the article and believes he holds copyright in the piece. I would be most grateful if you could confirm this.

Our book is designed to bring together the most important and influential papers in the subject area to supplement the research resources in libraries across the world. It will be published in hardback only on a very low print run of just 200 copies.

We will, of course, be pleased to make a full acknowledgement in the usual manner.
