We are delighted to announce the Association Leaders Symposium 2021, for the Executive Heads and their Board Chairs, taking place online on 6 & 7 December.

The Symposium is specifically designed for both you as an Executive Head and your incoming or current Board Chair to attend together. It will provide invaluable help to both of you as leaders to ensure you forge a strong working partnership with measurable effects on your association's immediate and long-term success.

97% of the executive heads who responded to our spring survey said they were interested in support to help the executive head and board chair lead together better. Challenges mentioned by respondents were with issues around role clarity and responsibilities as well as making informed decisions and leading associations through rapid change. This programme will tackle these issues and many more facing contemporary association leaders. 

We are delighted to be working again with Michael Anderson, former CEO of the Canadian Society of Association Executives, now senior consultant at Tecker International and his colleague Paul Meyer who has successfully delivered this high-level event for over 20 years in North America, and online seven times in the last year. The programme has been developed for an international audience, and I am glad to be working with them in delivering this.
