Thank you for your email and for sharing the payment details of the conference.  Obviously, don't worry because I understand you are very busy handling the organization of the conference.

I can use my credit card to make the payment on the conference's website .  I just have an additional query. Because I have to pay with my personal credit card, the university can refund the payment in full only if an invoice is issued with the university information.  So, once I pay:  is it possible that you (or the person in charge) issue an invoice to the university?
The information that should appear in the invoice is the following (it's important to include all the info).

The only way to make the payment is through the conference website using a credit card. Unfortunately we are not accepting payment via bank transfer and cannot issue a pro-forma invoice.
