Following up the email I sent you last week, I am writing to you to inquire about the payment method of the Conference.  Specifically, I would like to know if the payment of the Congress fee can be made via bank transfer.

In case the fee can be paid via bank transfer, I would be thankful if you can issue a pro-forma invoice to the university.  Details (university name and VAT number) are the following:
