My previous email entails that my institution (GSSI) can only pay via money transfer, and not via credit card, as it does not have a collective one.

Could it help, I enclose:

1) an invoice made by the RSA for the payment of the conference fees of some colleagues of us  

2) a draft of the debt note, adapted from what produced for a colleague of mine

Fro GSSI to pay one of the two would be needed.
