My apologies for not registering yet. I had forgotten about the rule of 1 and knew that Bernhard had already registered so figured mine could wait for some days. I am trying to figure out the flights today and will confirm at the latest tonight if you can please hold Bernhards paper that long.

Mette did not register for the conference. The deadline for registration for accepted authors was May 5 -- hence our message to you.
I have cc'd Mette this mail. Mette, you will need to register immediately if you want to keep this paper on the program. Otherwise, we need to move ahead with the programming -- we have 390 papers to schedule into parallel sessions and we cannot delay any further.
