I’m Ying.
Thank you for sending me the cancellation policy which is very helpful.
I’ve registered and already completed the payment. And I started the process of applying for the service passport and the Portugal visa. But the process is a little slow,
I’m not sure if I can get the visa before the 9th of June. So, may I kindly ask if there’s a cancellation policy exception for me? Such as payment refunded in full before June 9? Or payment refunded with a 50% reduction before June
9? I’m trying my best to attend the DRUID.

The cancellation policy is:
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received before May 20: Payments refunded in full.
Cancellations received after May 20 and before June 1: Payments refunded with a 50 % reduction.
Cancellations received after June 1: No refund.
