Good afternoon,

I am reaching out because I am not able to download the paper proof after submission. I receive the error message below. I do not have any special character in the abstract field. I hope you can assist me with this issue.

An error occured.

An error occured generating a front page for your paper. You probably have a special character in your abstract. It sometimes occur if you have copy pasted from a word document directly into the abstract field.
Please edit you abstract field.
If the problem persists please contact the DRUID secretary.
