Cancellations received before May 20: Payments refunded in full.
Cancellations received after May 20 and before June 1: Payments refunded with a 50 % reduction.
Cancellations received after June 1: No refund.

May I ask whether the conference fee is refundable if I do not get Spain visa? I’m not sure if I can get a Spain visa before the DRUID, because it will take a long time.
