Hereby, I would like to differentiate variable frequency drive from inverter for solar system. Firstly, our VFD is not for solar system but for controlling speed of three phase ac motor by varying the frequency. Other names for VFD are adjustable speed drive, adjustable frequency drive, ac drive inverter and so on.
