Dear Amani Amri, thanks for your submission. The conference works in a way that you present your submission, in your case your proposal. At the same time, there will be a Senior Discussant as well as a fellow participant who discusses your submission. They need sufficient material to prepare a meaningful discussion, so either your proposal is long enough that the discussants can prepare a meaningful discussion or you extend it with additional material. In most cases, it should have the length of a normal paper, so approximate 20 pages.
