You may have missed my previous email announcing the Symposium, and the reasons for holding it: Many Executive Heads advise us that working with the Chair / President can be challenging and it takes too long before it becomes a productive working relationship. The Symposium, addresses this very critical issue, providing the Director General / Executive Director / CEO and the Chair / President of the association an opportunity to define annual priorities and to work better together.
