Welcome to NEW IDEAS START HERE Issue 2/2022
Dear colleagues,
With our upcoming “New Ideas on Sustainable Business Events” webinars on 3 and 10 March 2022, we continue with our sustainability theme in this issue of our e-news. Our anchor story is about Japan’s Global Zero Emission Research Center, which focuses on research for innovative environmental and energy technologies to achieve a zero-emission society.
It is with great pleasure that we introduce our two other speakers for the upcoming webinars – Anna Green, Managing Director of Broadsword; and Chloe Menhinick, Director of Communications at the International Currency Association (ICA).
Based in London, Broadsword is an event communications agency producing a wide range of in-person, hybrid and virtual global corporate events. Anna Green believes that building sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and wellness into all aspects of the meetings and events business is a must.
Chloe Menhinick leads the ICA’s work on communications, marketing and membership activities and also wears the hat of a Board Member in the European Society of Associations Executives – ESAE. In addition, she is Partner-Associations Consulting with GainingEdge, a global consultancy specializing in business events advisories.
Together with Anna Abdelnoor from isla, the trio will participate in a panel discussion “New Ideas on Sustainable Business Events” to be moderated by Mike Williams of GainingEdge, as part of the JNTO webinars on 3 March and 10 March 2022.
In this e-news issue, you will also meet our other webinar partners ANA – All Nippon Airways, TOPTOUR Europe, and Okura Nikko Hotels.
