Photo chemical etching /machining,it is the use of photo-reactive resist to fabricate precision metal parts based on desired dimensions and complex shapes .

Compared to laser cutting, water-jet cutting, stamping, punching, or die-cutting,there are some advantages of photo etching process as below ,

No mechanical stress ,the whole part maintains the mechanical properties of the customer’s selected materials,such as stainless steel ,titanium ,copper ,brass ,aluminium and other metal alloy.

Tighter tolerance ,chemical etching can be used with metal material as thin as 0.03mm ,holes can be as small as 0.05mm.

Supports prototypes and high volume production,allows higher degree of flexibility with faster lead time.

Lower production cost ,it is easy to make the tooling adaptions ,it is flex to change the design ,reducing the cost overhead for metal part prototype production and ramping production.
