[Druid] Refund about excursions

Hello Jeanette, My partner Adam Frost and I booked both Nice by boat and Nice by foot, without realizing they happen at the same time. We ended up not going to Nice by foot. Can we request a refund? Also, I booked the baby care for three days, but we didn't use it because travel arrangements. Is it possible to get a refund with that as well? Let us know if it is possible! Shuang Frost
