I have still to receive my order almost a month after it was
sent. See my order attached!

When I track the package it says "in transit to the next facility" but
it has been stuck on that since December 15th so it seems that something
has gone wrong. The last order I got from you was delivered in less than
a week.

If there is any way that you can inquiry about the status of the package
would be appreciated because there doesn't seem to be any way for a
parcel recipient to do so.
