In any case, I checked the terms and conditions, and as per point n.6, the paper can be removed one month after the closing of the conference, which will be fine for us. Submission of a paper grants permission to DRUID to include it in the conference material and to place it temporarily on the conference website (accessible only to DRUIDs after login). The copyrights over the paper belongs exclusively to the submitting author, who can request that the paper is removed from the conference websites one month after the closing of the conference to which it was submitted.
