It was us contacting you about this issue, so needless to say, we have no interest in not solving it. The refund has already been made, but it takes a while before Stripe will process it. There is nothing we can do about that. Please understand that the accounts and paperwork after a conference with 550 delegates takes some time.

Good morning,

I have paid the "Dinner guest" fee by accident. I received an email about it more than a month ago suggesting a refund, to which I replied that I indeed mistakenly ticked the box and would like to get the 100 euros back. I received a confirmation for that; however, the sum has still not returned to my account and my further emails seem to be ignored. I paid for this from my own pocket and told my university that there is no need to reimburse me for this 100 sum because it will be returned from DRUID organizers. I am a PhD student and this is not a small sum for me to not care about; besides, the whole communication part of it all is a bit disturbing.
